Description
Our B-R-R1000 wide belt sander is designed for continuous heavy-duty workshop use, furniture panels, decorative panels, and wood products coated with primer, and is much more stable than standard double roll sanding machines on the market. It completes planing, rough sanding, and fine polishing in one feed, significantly reducing the cost of manual polishing. This sanding machine is made of quenched thick steel frame and imported core components, providing consistent thickness accuracy over a long production process.

- By using imported cutting tools and rubber rollers, one-time calibration, rough sanding, and precision machining can be achieved. Compared with single frame models, workshop productivity has increased by more than 40%, making it very suitable for medium and large workshops.

We replaced two old twin roll sanding machines with one B-R-R1000 sanding machine. The consistency of batch sanding is much better, and the thickness error is controlled within 0.1mm. The digital preset function saves a lot of parameter debugging time.
