R-R-RP1300 Triple Wide Belt Sander | Roller & Soft Rubber Wood Sanding Machine for Furniture Production
Description
We have developed this R-R-RP1300 wide belt sanding machine, mainly aimed at large-scale furniture manufacturers facing issues of inconsistent panel thickness and low polishing efficiency. Unlike traditional sanding machines, our three roll structure can complete rough calibration, intermediate sanding, and fine polishing in one process. Adopting anti rebound casting backboard can significantly reduce the scrap rate of workpieces, making it an ideal choice for continuous 24-hour processing of solid wood, medium density fiberboard, and cabinet doors.
Features
- Imported large sand roller with a diameter of 240mm, equipped with a soft rubber composite three sand frame, providing one-time calibration and fine polishing, saving workshop labor and production space.
- The standard anti rebound casting check device can prevent the panel from rebounding during high-speed feeding, greatly reducing collision damage and operator safety risks.
- The maximum working width is 1300mm, supporting full-size large wooden boards. The conveyor speed ranges from 6 to 30m/min to meet different wood hardness requirements.
- The heavy-duty 4000kg welded steel frame eliminates operational vibration, ensuring stable accuracy even under 24-hour uninterrupted large-scale production plans.
- The 8000m ³/h high flow dust removal system keeps the sand belt clean, extends the service life of the sand belt, and reduces long-term consumables costs.
- Modular sand rack structure with quick release and lock reduces downtime for sandpaper replacement and simplifies daily maintenance for workshop technicians.

Frequent asked questions
Q: What is the minimum panel length the R-R-RP1300 can process steadily?
A: Our R-R-RP1300 sanding machine requires a minimum workpiece length of 500mm to achieve stable feed. Even with our anti rebound device, shorter panels still face the risk of feed deviation and rebound. If you frequently process small short workpieces below this size, we recommend ordering an auxiliary short workpiece feed fixture as an optional accessory to ensure stable sanding and avoid material waste in mass production.
Q: Can this sander handle both thin veneer panels and thick solid wood boards?
A: Yes, the machine supports processing thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 100mm. The first steel roller completes the heavy-duty calibration of the thick wood, while the third soft rubber sand frame prevents sand from passing through the thin veneer. We suggest reducing the conveyor speed to 8-12m/min when polishing panels with a thickness less than 6mm to balance surface smoothness and workpiece safety in daily production.
Q: Is the R-R-RP1300 equipped with CE certification for European market import?
A: All of our sanding machines have passed the standard CE safety inspection before delivery and comply with the EU woodworking machinery regulations. We will attach the official CE certificate and inspection report in your shipping documents for customs clearance. We have delivered dozens of this model of product to factories in Germany, Poland, and Romania, and so far our customers have not encountered any customs compliance issues during the import process.
Q: Can we adjust the feeding speed according to different sanding finish requirements?
A: Of course. The conveying system adopts frequency conversion control, with a speed range of 6 to 30m/min. We usually recommend customers to set a higher speed for rough calibration to increase production, and a lower speed for fine polishing to obtain a flawless surface. Our technical team will provide detailed speed parameter recommendations based on your main processing materials during machine debugging.

Variable conveyor speed is very practical for our mixed production of plywood and veneer. We have chosen to add a dust removal system, which works better than our previous old sanding machine, and the consumption of sand belts has significantly decreased in recent months. The after-sales team responds to questions quickly.
