Description
Alpha CNC APS-1325-CCD is a 3-axis CNC router with automatic tool changing function. We equip the machine with a standard 12-position linear tool magazine and 9kW air-cooled spindle. It also has an oscillating knife cutting system and CCD positioning function. This machine can realize sheet material cutting, irregular shape cutting, soft material cutting, and precision carving processing.

- Linear Automatic Tool Changer: The tool magazine is installed at the back of the machine. There is no need for manual tool changing during the whole process, which can effectively save labor costs. For batch order production, the machine efficiency can be increased by more than 30%.
- Oscillating Knife Cutting System: The machine is equipped with an oscillating knife head, which can cut various flexible materials such as fabric, leather, paper, rubber, PVC foam board, and other materials. The cutting edges are flat and clean, and there is less dust during processing.
- CCD Positioning Camera: It can automatically identify the printed marking points and outline edges on the surface of the sheet material, and accurately complete the positioning cutting work. No manual alignment is needed. It is very suitable for contour cutting of UV printed sheets.
- High Power Spindle: The spindle speed range is 0-24000 RPM. It uses an air cooling design and does not need additional maintenance. It has low operating noise and enough torque, and is fully suitable for long-time continuous processing.
- Heavy Duty Machine Body: The whole machine uses a thickened heavy-duty bed frame structure, which can effectively reduce machine vibration during processing, stably ensure consistent processing accuracy, and help you effectively reduce product waste rate.
- XDW Control System: Supports offline operation through the handle and DSP system, and can independently complete operation without relying on a computer. Save the file to a USB drive, insert it into the handle, and it can start processing.
