Description
AMS-6 is Alpha CNC’s six-spindle CNC machine, using a one-to-six structure. You can use this machine to process six same workpieces at the same time. It can batch process crafts such as hollow partitions, screens, cabinet doors, and reliefs. One machine can reach the processing efficiency of six single-spindle machines, and the finished products have high consistency. It is very suitable for large batch orders in factories.

- Equipped with 6 Spindles: 6 spindles can run synchronously and complete the processing of six same products at one time. The CNC router processing efficiency can reach six times that of a single-head machine, better meeting the production needs of various large batch orders.
- High-Precision Transmission System: The machine is equipped with Taiwan high-precision square linear guide rails, uses a high-precision rack and pinion transmission structure, and is matched with a Y-axis double-side drive design. The whole machine runs stably, has excellent accuracy, and also has strong load-bearing performance.
Whether it is complex reliefs or hollow workpieces, the processed edges are clear and smooth, with basically no tool marks or burrs. It can greatly reduce the manual processes of later polishing and edge trimming.
- Simple Operating System: We equip the machine with a Chinese and English operation interface. The program files can be copied directly through a USB drive, and processing can be started. The operation is simple and easy to learn, reducing the operation difficulty of the CNC router.
- Strong Software Compatibility: The machine is compatible with many mainstream CAD/CAM software. It can perfectly match the G-code formats generated by software such as Type3, ArtCAM, and UG, with wider compatibility.
