AMS-4 CNC engraving machine combines a four-spindle flat processing system with a built-in rotary axis in one machine, allowing users to complete flat sheet processing and cylindrical carving on a single machine.
The rotary axis is built into the machine table, which can keep the work area clean and save factory space. When you need rotary processing, simply move the work table away and use the rotary system. When adding the work table, the AMS-4 can run as a standard 3-axis multi-spindle CNC router.
4 spindles configuration is suitable for repeated production. It can reduce downtime and frequent tool-change time to improve daily production efficiency.

The AMS-4 CNC router has 4 spindles. It can process multiple of the same workpieces simultaneously, improving production efficiency for panel sheets, signs, reliefs, and other repeated processing tasks. Compared with a single-spindle CNC router, it reduces tool changing and waiting time.
- Worktable with Built-In Rotating Axis
The worktable does not feature extra rotary parts because of the internal rotary axis. It can save workshop space and keep it clean.
Operation of the rotary axis is easy. When processing cylindrical parts, you need to remove the worktable and start the rotary axis. The function is very suitable for manufacturers processing cylindrical, upright wooden shafts, and various cylindrical workpieces.

We chose this Alpha CNC machine mainly because the workshop space is limited, and we did not want to purchase two machines separately for flat processing and cylindrical processing.
