Description
This tilting bed CNC router is equipped with a special tilting bed structure. You can place the machine horizontally according to the space needs, or place it vertically against the wall directly. Compared with traditional flat bed machines, it can save about 50% of the floor space. The machine is equipped with a partitioned vacuum adsorption table, supports independent control of each section, and is flexible and convenient to use. It can meet the carving and cutting needs of various materials such as wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, foam, composite panels and other materials.
Features
Tilting Bed Design: The machine bed uses a tilting structure. The chips produced during processing can automatically slide down by gravity, effectively preventing chip buildup. Compared with flat bed machines, this tilting structure has better rigidity, less vibration during processing, and can give the workpiece a higher surface finish.
Vertical and Horizontal Placement Ways: You can choose to place the machine vertically against the wall or horizontally according to the space conditions. When the machine is used vertically, it can save about 50% of the floor space compared with traditional flat bed engraving machines, and is very suitable for users with limited workshop space.
Partitioned Vacuum Table: The table is divided into multiple independent vacuum areas. You can turn on the corresponding adsorption area separately according to the workpiece size. The machine adsorption pressure can reach 0.4-0.8MPa. When processing small workpieces, you can turn off unused areas to make the suction more concentrated and also effectively reduce energy consumption.
Automatic Tool Changing System: Equipped with a linear tool magazine, reducing machine downtime and waiting time and manual intervention. It is suitable for continuous processing with multiple processes and improves batch production efficiency. The tool magazine capacity depends on the model, commonly with 8 tool positions or 12 tool positions.
High-Precision Transmission System: The X and Y axes of the machine use rack transmission, the Z axis uses a ball screw, and the machine is equipped with imported linear guide rails. The overall load-bearing capacity is strong, and the machine runs smoothly and steadily throughout the whole process.
