Description

Our B-R-R1000 wide belt sander is designed for continuous heavy-duty workshop use, furniture panels, decorative panels, and wood products coated with primer, and is much more stable than standard double roll sanding machines on the market. It completes planing, rough sanding, and fine polishing in one feed, significantly reducing the cost of manual polishing. This sanding machine is made of quenched thick steel frame and imported core components, providing consistent thickness accuracy over a long production process.

  • By using imported cutting tools and rubber rollers, one-time calibration, rough sanding, and precision machining can be achieved. Compared with single frame models, workshop productivity has increased by more than 40%, making it very suitable for medium and large workshops.
  • Heavy duty quenched welded steel fuselage with integral beam structure, which resists deformation under long-term heavy loads and reduces long-term maintenance frequency.
  • The high-precision optical thickness sensor is paired with an imported frequency converter and supports an adjustable feed speed of 6-30m/min. It is suitable for different hardwood and cork materials, such as medium density fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, and particleboard.
  • The digital control panel has a preset lifting table function, allowing operators to save sanding parameters for repeated batch production, reducing trial and error waste.
  • The cast iron sand belt tensioning cylinder and 63 * 20 large conveyor adjustment cylinder effectively prevent sand belt deviation and workpiece slippage during high-speed operation.
