Automatic Labeling CNC Nesting Machine with Robotic Arm Automatic Loading & Unloading for Furniture Production
Description
This CNC nesting machine is equipped with a high-frequency CNC milling machine spindle, precision label head, and vacuum suction cup mechanical arm, which can complete cutting, drilling, label switching, and automatic loading and unloading on one platform. This has helped many cabinet and furniture stores achieve semi automated production, reducing your time waste and errors caused by manual processing.
Features
Automatic labeling, milling, loading and unloading four function CNC nesting machine
A machine simultaneously has labeling, milling, and robotic arm loading and unloading functions. No longer require manual loading and unloading of boards, for board movement and alignment
Heavy duty high-frequency spindle
This machine is mainly used for plywood, medium density fiberboard, solid wood, acrylic and aluminum composite materials, equipped with high-quality air-cooled or liquid cooled spindle (9kw), which can provide you with a speed of 24000RPM.
Automatic labeling
The spindle is equipped with automatic labeling function, eliminating the need for manual labeling separately. Reduced equipment length and footprint, making it suitable for small and medium-sized furniture factories.
Vacuum suction cup robotic arm
Independent vacuum suction cup type robotic arm, capable of automatic loading and unloading. Pick up the sheet from the feeding pile and place it precisely on the workbench. After processing, unload it after picking up. Operators can manage multiple machines, reducing the waste of human resources.
Parameters
Linear guide rails | Taiwan linear guide |
Drive system | Rack-and-pinion on X/Y axes, ball screw on Z axis for precise depth control |
Servo motors | Yaskawa/Fuji/Leadsdhine |
Controller | Syntec or LNC control system |
Optional items
- Add Automatic Tool Changing Device: It can be a disc or straight row tool magazine, and the number of guide slots can be customized according to your needs, commonly including 8 slots or 12 slots. This allows for multiple functional operations to be implemented within a single product
- Dust Removal Device: Add a 3kW-5.5kW dust removal system that can be attached to the spindle cover, equipped with cyclone separation and filter bags to ensure that your workbench remains clean during operation
- Expansion Work Size: The standard workspace is 1300 × 2500mm (4 ′ × 8 ′), but depending on the size of your factory workspace, it can be expanded to 1300 × 2800mm, 1500 × 3000mm (5 ′ × 10 ′), or 2000 × 4000mm. If you are working with oversized panels, we can also provide it for you.
- Fourth Rotation Axis: Add a rotation axis to the basic three-axis machine to achieve the ability to cut cylindrical workpieces. Stair railings, table legs, or chair components can all be processed.
Frequent asked questions
Q: What are the basic characteristics of high-performance industrial nested routers?
A: A rigid welded frame and a vacuum worktable with areas can ensure smooth and stable processing. Servo motors generally use reliable brands such as Leadsdhine, Fuji, Yaskawa. Accurate cutting is possible because there are gears and racks on X/Y and ball screws on Z. The commonly used spindle brands are HQD, JST, and HSD. It is also important to choose a stable controller.
Q: How to compare the specifications and functions of CNC cutting machines?
A: The main specifications to pay attention to are the motor, vacuum pump, actual processing speed, and software compatibility. Firstly, servo motors should be superior to stepper motors, as they can compare the speed of machining movement (60 meters/minute as the standard) and the accuracy of repeated positioning (± 0.05 millimeters as the standard). If it is a 4-foot x 8-foot countertop, at least 7.5 kilowatts of vacuum pump power is required. In addition to the above parameters, it is more important to use your own files for task testing to check the speed of handling complex boards. Additionally, it is necessary to compare the compatibility of the software and whether it supports commonly used file formats.
Q: How much does a CNC nesting unit usually cost?
A: The price of CNC nesting machines with different functions varies. Generally speaking, the price range for a basic CNC nesting machine with an automatic tool changer and vacuum worktable is between $25000 and $45000. If features such as spindle, labeling, and automatic loading and unloading are added, the cost will increase based on these features, depending on the size and options of the workbench.

Application
Woodworking Industry
In woodworking shops, this machine handles plywood, MDF, solid wood, and particleboard. It cuts, drills, and labels panels in one cycle. The pick‑place arm feeds raw sheets while the labeling head applies barcodes or QR codes for part tracking. Perfect for flooring, window frames, door cores, and decorative panels. Less manual handling means fewer errors and cleaner cuts.
Furniture Manufacturing
Furniture makers use it for tabletops, chair backs, cabinet boxes, and drawer fronts. Instead of moving parts from a router to a separate labeling station, everything happens on one table. The suction arm loads the blank, the spindle cuts your joinery or profiles, then the same arm unloads the finished piece. Faster changeovers and consistent output for both ready‑to‑assemble and custom furniture.
Building & Decorative Panels
For wall panels, ceiling boards, and decorative cladding, the machine does complex pattern routing, hinge drilling, and edge profiling. The labeling head adds position markers or installation QR codes directly on each panel before it leaves the machine. This saves hours of manual measuring and marking on job sites. Works with veneered MDF, HPL, and softwood linings.
Wooden Packaging & Pallets
Pallet manufacturers and wooden crate builders run repetitive hole patterns and cutouts. The auto‑loader feeds stacked boards or plywood sheets, the spindle drills fork pockets and notches, and the unloader stacks finished pieces. Labeling can add batch IDs or weight ratings on each pallet. Built for high‑volume runs where speed and consistency matter more than complex shapes.

Bought the machine for our cabinet shop. The pick‑place arm cut our loading time in half. Ran 400 sheets last week with zero misloads. Only wish the vacuum table zones were marked better. Still, solid machine for the price.
