4-Spindle Dual-Table CNC Machining Center – Heavy-Duty CNC Router with Enclosure & Pressure Roller
Description
Four independent spindles handle slotting, cutting, large-hole drilling, and small-hole drilling respectively. The double-table design keeps production running continuously—while one table is being machined, the other is being loaded or unloaded. The result is a machine that can push out 70+ boards in an 8-hour shift.
The heavy-duty steel frame is seam-welded and temper-aged for long-term rigidity—no warping, no flexing, just consistent accuracy shift after shift. The heavy-duty gantry and reinforced beam structure handle the weight of four spindles without compromising precision. Whether you’re running cabinet components, office furniture, or custom millwork, this machine delivers production-grade speed with machining center-level precision.
Features
Four Dedicated Spindles – Four independent spindles cover the full workflow: slotting, cutting, large-hole drilling, and small-hole drilling. No tool changes, no downtime between operations.
Double Table Design – Two worktables operate alternately. Continuous production, zero idle time. Boost output by roughly 30% compared to single-table setups.
Pressure Rollers – Optional pressure rollers provide extra workpiece hold-down, especially critical when processing smaller panels where vacuum hold-down alone may not be sufficient. This ensures consistent cutting precision across all part sizes.
Heavy-Duty Welded Frame – Seamless steel tube construction with five-sided milling and temper-aging treatment. The frame stays rigid and stable even under heavy cutting loads.
High-Performance Drive System – Servo motors with helical rack-and-pinion transmission on X and Y axes, precision ball screw on Z axis. Hiwin linear guide rails for smooth, accurate movement.
Advanced CNC Controller – LNC or Syntec control system with menu-based programming, background editing, large memory capacity, and full diagnostic functions.

Frequent asked questions
Q: What's the difference between this and an ATC (auto tool changer) machine?
A: This machine uses four fixed spindles instead of one spindle with a tool changer. The advantage is zero changeover time—each spindle is always ready for its specific operation. It's a more cost-effective solution than ATC for shops that run the same four operations repeatedly.
Q: What's the advantage of the double-table design?
A: While one table is being machined, the operator can unload finished parts and load new material on the other table. This eliminates machine idle time and increases overall throughput by roughly 30% compared to single-table machines.
Q: What materials can this machine process?
A: The machine handles MDF, particleboard, plywood, OSB, solid wood, PVC, acrylic, and other non-metallic sheet materials. With the optional rotary axis, it can also process cylindrical wood components.
Q: How many boards can this machine process in a day?
A: During shifts, the dual workstation configuration can handle 60-80 or more boards, with some high-yield configurations reaching over 100 boards per shift. It depends on the complexity of the processing and the type of material used

We upgraded from a single-table machine to this double-table unit three months ago. Production is up about 25% . The four-spindle setup means no one's standing around waiting for tool changes. Solid machine.
