Alpha CNC XH-670 Heavy-Duty Fully Automatic Edge Banding Machine for Interior Wooden Door Production
Description
The Alpha CNC XH-670 edge banding machine packages each basic edge processing station into one unit, providing smooth and uniform edge processing work for plywood and solid wood inner door panels. The entire machine is fully covered Pre-milling, Feeding, Gluing, End Irimming, Snipping, Rough Trim, Fine Trim, corner trim, Scraping, and Buffing Process. The operator can freely adjust the feed rate of the board on this heavy-duty edge banding machine, which matches well with most mainstream wooden board materials on the market. For medium to large wood processing plants, this equipment effectively reduces manual polishing workload while maintaining stable and repeatable edge bonding quality during long-term mass production.
Features
- Complete processing function: A heavy-duty edge banding machine is equipped with pre milling, gluing, feeding, shearing, rough/fine cutting, corner trimming, end edge cutting, scraping, and polishing functions. Full edge processing does not require additional independent equipment, saving your workshop layout space.
Multi level adjustable feed rate: Our technical team provides variable feed rates of 16/20/23m/min, which can flexibly match batch door production. If you are performing high-precision operations in small batches, then this machine will be very suitable for you. Generally, 20m/min is the most balanced speed for daily door panel processing in most wood factories.
- Stable pneumatic working system: The standard working pressure of 0.7MPa provides stable compression for bonding, cutting, and finishing actions. Greatly reduces common issues of edge peeling and uneven finishing, resulting in better finished product performance than cheap low-pressure edge banding machines.
- Wide compatibility between edges and workpieces: Supports edge bands of 0.4-3mm and bandwidths of 10-65mm, suitable for door panels with a thickness of 10-60mm. The minimum plate width requirement is 60mm to avoid unstable clamping during high-speed operation.
- Rigid overall machine structure: The external dimensions are 6610 * 1000 * 1600mm, using thickened steel frame to prevent vibration during high-speed operation. Even after months of uninterrupted daily production, it can maintain uniform edge smoothness.

Frequent asked questions
Q: What types of edge band materials work with the XH-670 edge bander?
A: XH-670 edge bander is compatible with PVC, melamine, ABS veneer, and thin solid wood edge strips with a thickness of 0.4-3mm. Its adhesive performance is related to the matching of hot melt adhesive; Using medium temperature glue can prevent glue overflow during high-speed feeding, and the adhesive performance can be stable, making the door edge cleaner. We recommend using melamine and PVC in the production of regular indoor doors.
Q: Can this machine process ultra-thin door boards around 10mm thick stably?
A: Sure. The machine can be adjusted for sealing by matching the pressure wheel. When processing 10mm thin door panels, it is necessary to slightly reduce the feeding speed to 16m/min to prevent the board from shifting. Our on-site data shows that the 10mm medium density fiberboard door panel operates smoothly at a standard factory air pressure of 0.7MPa, without any warping or offset sealing.
Q: How long is the service life of core wearing parts like trimming blades and glue rollers?
A: The original standard trimming blade can usually last for 6-8 months under continuous door treatment for 8 hours per day. Clean the residual glue regularly every day, and the service life of the rubber roller is about 10 months. We offer discounted original spare parts for all vulnerable parts. Avoid mixing hard impurities into the edge zone when using the machine, which can effectively extend the service life of these vulnerable parts.
Q: Does variable feed speed affect the overall edge sealing finish quality?
A: A feed rate of 23m/min and higher is suitable for batch standard door production with uniform edge materials, while 16m/min is suitable for irregular customized door panels that require precise trimming. As long as you adjust the glue temperature and air pressure synchronously according to the speed changes, the quality of the finished product will remain consistent. Many of our customers use 20 meter/minute hybrid door orders to balance efficiency and quality.

Our factory needs to mass produce laminated apartment door panels, with a running speed of 20m/min. It can meet our daily production demand. Its sheet processing thickness adaptability covers all our conventional door panel specifications from 12mm to 55mm. We will consider purchasing another equipment from Alpha CNC in the next quarter to expand our door processing production line.
